The Contact Group will also address the supply of "instruments of self-defense " to the National Transitional Council and humanitarian aid to the population.
For its part, the CNT announced yesterday that Rome asked that it be provided access to 3,000 million dollars of funds from Muammar al-Gaddafi who have been blocked in several countries.
The Rome summit will be held after May 1, Saif al Arab, the youngest son of Muammar Qadhafi, and three of the grandchildren of Libyan leader killed in a NATO bombing.
